If ever there was a man deserving of a knighthood it’s Tom and with his 100th birthday coming up what better than make him Sir Tom.

Requesting he nominates him for a knighthood I have.
Tom has raised over £10 Million for the NHS  his target was £300 00 at the beginning, the UK and now the world have taken him to it’s heart.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has hinted at an award for Tom, the overwhelming public opinion in favour of him getting a knighthood may just force his hand.
Prince William has also written to Tom thanking him for his fund raising efforts and may have a word with his gran the Queen.

Captain Tom Moore’s 100th Birthday Walk for the NHS

A bio on Tom:

Tom was born and brought up in Keighley, Yorkshire. He went to Keighley Grammar School and later completed an apprenticeship as a Civil Engineer. Tom went onto being enlisted in 8 DWR (145 RAC) at the beginning of the war, and in 1940 was selected for Officer training. He was later posted to 9DWR in India, and served and fought on the Arakan, went to Regiment to Sumatra after the Japanese surrender and returned to be Instructor at Armoured Fighting Vehicle School in Bovington.
