Cash strapped Council employs an Occupational health Adviser

When the Council is cutting services do they really need to advertise for an Occupational health Adviser for it’s employees. Or is it a must have recruitment during times of service cuts.I’m sure the £24,646 – £28,636 per annum could be better spent elsewhere.
